WineDiva's Review

Sauvage, peppery, expressive.
This unfined and unfiltered Syrah from the east Osoyoos Bench but it has a definitive cool-climate stamp.
Smoked cherries and blackberries aromas are layered with white pepper and vanilla, violets, licorice and hints of bacon fat. It is fresh with a supple weight and expressive fruit on the palate. A medium-full bodied version more elegant than opulent.

Rich Meats , Barbeque, Cheese Fondue
